Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital courses and the immediate access to content upon payment, refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- After accessing the course content
- After 7 days from the purchase date
Exceptions
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our end
- If a duplicate purchase was made unintentionally
